1) Wild Mewtwo !
Use the "Unlimited items" trick and stay at the Seafoam Islands. Search for Mewtwo where Pokemon "M" was found. Keep searching up and down the shores of Seafoam Islands until Mewtwo is found.

1) Wild Eevee !
For this cheat, you need a Pokemon with Fly and Surf. Fly to Cerluean City. Head east. Beat the Team Rocket member guarding the house. Head east and continue onto Route 9 (To Rock Tunnel). Defeat all the trainers there. Surf on the river until you reach the Power Plant. You have a 5 - 10 % of finding an Eevee. This only works in the Red Version.
Wild Gyrados
!
Head to the spot in Unknown Dungeon where you see Mewtwo. Fish off the platform a couple times. There, you should find a Level 70 Gyrados !
Bill's
Mountain
Get all 150 Pokemon then defeat the Elite 4 again. Go to Bill with your Pokemon in this order: DratiniDragonairDragoniteZapados ArticunoMoltres He should let you onto his mountain now !
Random
Abilities
Go into a battle. Switch the attack you want deleted (Select) to with the last attack. Go to Items and press Select on your eighth item. Then exit. Go into a second battle and press select on the bottom ability. The attack will change into a random attack.
Lots of HP
(Temporarily)
Copy the "Catch pokemon over L:100" cheat. When you have that pokemon use the "Infinite Item" cheat and get infinite rare candy. Raise the pokemon over L:100 to L:255 (any higher he will go bak down to L:0). Then deposite that pokemon into Bill's PC. Then take him out again and his level will be between 130 - 150 or so but, his useable HP be more than his MAX HP. When you use rare candies on that pokemon evetually the useable HP will go more then 999 and a funky sign will appear in front of the numbers and the will only be two digits. Then when you fight someone via game link you will temporarily have infinite HP!
How to get
Venustiose
The code is beat elite four 30 times with Blastoise and
Venusaur then they will evolve into Venustiose.
Dragon Cave
Teach your Pokemon every single HM. Bring these Pokemon with you to the Safari Zone's Hidden House. The guy inside will let you onto a cave.
Always catch
Level 15 Pokemon
Enter a battle. Weaken it like normal then throw a ball at it. Press Start, A, B at the same time. This will make the Pokemon you are trying to catch be a level 15 !
Bills Garden
Get all 151 Pokemon then head to Bill's House. Press A on one of his teleporters then walk through. This should lead to Bill's garden.
